Damit die Besten auch gut und effizient zusammenarbeiten, braucht es für diese Bau-Unternehmung auch eine entsprechende Unternehmenskultur. Es braucht eine Loom-Baukultur. Das ist wichtig, damit auch das Shoppingcenter gegen alle Widrigkeiten in der Zeit und im Budget fertig wird. Es gibt tausend Gründe, warum es Verzug und Mehrkosten geben kann. Aber nur einen, wenn es am Ende klappt: Weil das Bauprojekt-Team es wollte!
