Medienhype 10 Mrd+ nach Untersuchung durch Bundesrechnungshof
Ein Whistle Blower hat Informationen aus dem Bundesrechnungshof über das Stuttgart 21 Projekt an die Stuttgarter Zeitung/ Stuttgarter Nachrichten gegeben. Danach wird Stuttgart 21 über 10 Mrd. kosten. Es hatte mal mit 2.8 Mrd. begonnen. Nach den Berichten in den Druckmedien (z.B. Die Zeit 5.7.2016) Anfang Juli will auch das öffentlich-rechtliche Fernsehen die schon lange erwartete „Neuheit“ bringen. Am Freitag den 8.7. bekomme ich die telefonische Anfrage von einem Filmemacher, ob ich meine Kenntnisse über Stuttgart 21 und das öffentliche BauUnwesen für eine ARD PlusMinus Sendung beitragen würde. Am Montag den 11.7. fahre ich nach Stuttgart. Bei sonnigem, leicht gewittrigem Wetter wird im Schlossgarten von 17-18 Uhr vor dem Hintergrund der S21 Baustelle das Videointerview aufgenommen. Heraus kommt ein Wortbeitrag von 53 Sekunden. Der Beitrag lief vor > 2 Millionen Zuschauern.

Desolate Bahnhöfe als Motivation
Aus der Schweiz für einen 53-sekündigen Beitrag nach Stuttgart zu fahren, ist recht aufwändig. Eine Bezahlung vom ARD gab es nicht. Mit dem Mehrverkauf an Büchern (ca. 25 Bauwesen/BauUnwesen Bücher) kommt man auch nicht weit. Die Motivation, gegen das BauUnwesen Projekt Stuttgart 21 weiter engagiert zu sein, speist sich von den Erfahrungen, die ich als Bahn-Vielfahrer mit den Bahnhöfen der deutschen Bahn mache.
Dass ein Land mit geschönten Kostenbudgets gegen den massiven Widerstand der Bevölkerung einen solchen Luxusbahnhof baut, während der grosse Rest auseinander fällt, ist mehr als ärgerlich. Es ist besorgniserregend bezüglich der deutschen Staatskultur. Stuttgart 21 zeigt, was passiert, wenn die systembedingte Intransparenz und Verantwortungslosigkeit beim Handeln der öffentlichen Hand mit der üblen Konstruktion der Mischfinanzierung verschiedener öffentlicher Körperschaften zusammenkommt. Dann locken noch indirekte Subventionen aus Brüssel. Das Unglück nimmt seinen Lauf und wird bis zum bitteren Ende durchgezogen. Zumindest gibt es so noch viel Material für die Medien.

Die Deutsche Bahn AG, der Bund (inkl. EU-Fördermittel), das Land Baden-Württemberg, die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart, die Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH und der Verband Region Stuttgart tragen das Projekt. Der Finanzierungsrahmen liegt bei 6.526 Millionen Euro (nach Beschluss des Bahnaufsichtsrats vom 05.03.2013).

Selbst ein 1 Euro schafft in den Bahnhöfen keine Erleichterung. Zum Glück gibt es genug dunkle Ecken und Durchgänge.
